Off the subject of the weather and moaning players I just don’t know where my career is going the last couple of weeks when I started this poker dealer job and that I loved going to love and having to deal and all that but now I find my self loving it when I’m not on the tables, which has sometimes got me in trouble as I haven’t been 100% forced on the table like I should be but thankfully that hasn’t had big problems come from it but I need to work out fast if this is what i want to do if this is the career I want to stay with I have a meeting with the manager soon as my 6 months is coming up so I will see what happens.

I took a big chip lead after winning a 4,000 pot with As 8h someone raised it to 240 and i called and then someone bet 890 and i raised to 1,750 and the other person folded, i then got a lot of bad hands that i couldn’t play i then got Ad 5s it was heads up with me and the small blind the whole way through who was short shack at the table at the time and when they went all in for the 600 they had left i fought they was just ready to bust out but they ended up having As Qh and the board come down Ac, 9d, 3d so we both had a pair but the Q was a good kicker for the other player the turn was a Kh and then just to make it worst the river come down Qh so i ended up losing 600 of my chip lead to knock me down a bit.

Turn:- 10c (1 player folds from $0.10 bet, 1 player goes all in £0.23 after a raise of $0.20 was made)

I was suprised that i didn’t end up losing the rest of my cash i had put into the table as when this has happened before it has gone that way but i fought to my self it happens move on and thats helped me get some of it back and it helped me get ready for the poker tournament i have tomorrow.

Well for the ones of you that have been reading my post before I went into hiding then you will have seen that I am now a Poker Dealer at a casino in London called Aspers the only Super Casino in the UK and when I first started to work there it was all new to me working as a dealer I am normally playing on the other side of the table but it was nice to learn something new and now I am almost 6 months into my job and I am loving it I can’t see anything else I would want to do

I started to play online poker again as I havent played for a while as I have been looking around for a site with not just poker online but that has poker in clubs and that and actually has a friendly community as well and I found that at Black belt poker and that was only due to the fact that they ended up coming to the casino that I work at for one of there live events I wanted to enter but as I was working it and the fact that it was in my casino I was unable to actually play it but still being apart of it was a great thing you can just see how much a game of poker brings so many people together to play against each other.

After coming home after a long weekend of the Black Belt Live I fought I would play a bit of poker online so I went onto BlackBeltPoker.Com and played a bit but I had to tranfer some money in as I didn’t want to play for fun any more so I Refilled and first hand I got was the bullets (As, Ah) I was on the big blind was I just checked as everyone was in the pot the flot come up Qs, Jd, 2h I didn’t want to see another card without there being money in the pot so I put $0.20 into a $0.50 pot and ever one ended up folding but the very next hand I got A, Q and I fought I would try this one different but so I wasn’t going over the big blind of $0.10 and it got down to the river and I fought sod it the board was A, J, K, 10, 2 so I put $2 and ended up winning the pot of about $2 which will go nicely in my account but I still need to start playing the board better, you hear about them internet players being good and that but I just seen to do rubbish online but when it comes to playing in a poker club or at house games I seen to do much better but hey I am only re-loading £200 a month max on my internet account so I can’t get into trouble so that is my tips that I make at work so it all works out well my tips could end up making me some money or I could end up losing it all.

As I was writing still their wasn’t much I have to say but as you know my nan finally passed away and it was a sad day, even writing this now I still have a tear running down my face as she was the world to me and it just doesn’t feel right now having her around, she was the one in the family that I fought would always be there you all know what I mean as every family has one the person that has had eveything and has been through everything and is still fighting on, but I guess I just have to get around the fact that my nan’s fight is over and she is finally laid to rest which we finally did 12^th December.

Well the Casino I finally work at openned its doors and I was able to finally put the skills I have learned to the test as we where busy from the off and I have to own up I made a lot of silly cock ups but the players where good enough to be nice and remember that its my first time but as the month went on I found my self by the end of it actually not making mistakes at all well that is when I aint falling asleep, but I still have a more to learn.

Well that is the last 2 months done in as little as possible I didn’t want to make it long as I would of ended up falling asleep why writing it lol, well lets hope that this is the start of me writing more for the blog, I really have no reason not to as I have a Blackberry and a Iphone 4s so I can post from my phones, well fingers crossed.
